Family support & community connection

A little more play.
A lot more belonging.

For kids with big feelings, bright ideas, and their own way of moving through the world—and the grownups who love them. I bring play, curiosity, and practical support to everyday family life.

Hi, I’m Sarah!

What I do

Every kid deserves to feel understood. And to have some fun.

“Creating safe spaces is my life’s work.”

Sometimes the magic is a silly game. Sometimes it’s a quieter room, a different way to ask, or a routine that finally fits. I pay attention to the person underneath the hard moment, then help families find what works in real life.

My work blends hands-on family experience, practical routines, sensory awareness, communication support, and deep respect for the person in front of me.

Ways to work together

Playful hearts.
Practical help.

Whether we meet at home or on a screen, we start with your family’s priorities and build from there.

Family coaching & home support

Thoughtful, practical help when daily life feels harder than it should. We can look at routines, communication, transitions, sensory needs, and what helps each person feel safe and capable.

  • In-home observation and coaching
  • Visual supports and everyday systems
  • Parent and caregiver collaboration

Virtual family coaching

Meet from wherever you are. Bring one stuck point, a whole messy routine, or a question you’ve been carrying. We’ll talk through what’s happening and choose a manageable next step.

  • One-on-one parent or caregiver sessions
  • Ideas shaped around your actual home
  • Follow-up options when you need them

Spectrum Connection

Come as you are. Connect your way.

Small, sensory-aware gatherings where connection doesn’t have to look just one way. I plan occasional events for families and kids in Central Texas, with details shared as dates are set.

Ask about the next event

Events happen occasionally, no more than once a month. Dates, locations, ages, access details, and registration will be announced for each gathering.

There is always more to a kid than their hardest moment.

Meet Sarah

The person who brings the fun and figures things out.

I’m Sarah Noël. I bring a lot of curiosity, a little silliness, and a deep belief that every person makes sense when we take the time to listen. I love the moment a child feels truly seen—and the moment a parent realizes they don’t have to figure it all out alone.

After more than 20 years with children and families, in homes and schools, I’m still the person who gets excited about a tiny breakthrough. I notice patterns, make room for play, and turn big ideas into small, usable changes. You can expect warmth, honesty, creative problem solving, and absolutely no perfect-family performance required.

My work is especially close to my heart with neurodivergent kids, teens, and families. We can be serious about support without making every moment feel serious.

Based near Canyon Lake, Texas. In-person support is available by arrangement; virtual conversations can happen wherever you are.
